Compared with FAR alone (AUC 0.682; 95% CI 0.615–0.737), the FAR + LDH model yielded a higher AUC (0.777; 95% CI 0.716–0.830), with increased specificity (87.0%) at the expense of sensitivity (53.4%); however, this improvement did not reach statistical significance in DeLong’s test ( p = 0.081) ( Table 3 ).
