For executive problem-solving outcomes, CPAP treatment duration was associated with a moderate effect on task completion time, whereas all other predictors, including OSAS severity (AHI), subjective daytime sleepiness (ESS), and serum NfL concentrations, showed negligible to small effects and did not reach statistical significance.
