At 1 and 2 years of age, no differences in motor neuron size were observed in our models, although we did observe a slight trend of tardbp A379T/A379T and tardbp G347C/G347C motor neurons possessing smaller cell body sizes when compared to wild‐type motor neurons, although this did not reach significance.
