The addition of the PRS CAD to FRS led to a numerical increase in C-index for identifying patients with significant atherosclerosis from 0.77 (95 % CI 0.68–0.85) to 0.79 (95 % CI 0.71–0.87), which did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.4).
