Survey-weighted Cox regression models confirmed the independent association between MHR and all-cause mortality (Supplementary Table 5 ) in models A and B; although the association in the fully adjusted Model C did not reach statistical significance, the direction and magnitude of the estimates (HR: 1.98 [95% CI, 0.76–5.15]) remained consistent with those observed in less adjusted models.
