In conclusion, higher-exposure dupilumab was effective and tolerated in pediatric patients aged 1–11 years with EoE with prior STC use and in patients with prior IRIC to STCs, as demonstrated by nominally significant improvements in histologic and endoscopic outcomes, and numerically improved EoE symptomology in these subgroups.
