Patients with a response of Grade 2b or higher (n = 18) showed a trend toward better 2 years PFS (86.6%, 95% CI 55.2–96.6%) compared to those with Grade 2a or lower (n = 39; 75.6%, 95% CI 58.2–86.6%), although the difference was not statistically significant ( p = 0.343) (Fig. 4 B).
