The re-adhesion rate of the cold knife group showed an increasing trend over time, with values of 7.69% (4/52), 9.62% (5/52), 15.38% (8/52), and 17.31% (9/52), respectively, with significant differences within the group ( P = 0.048).
After treatment, both groups showed a decreasing trend in LH and FSH levels, and the cold knife + CRP group had significantly lower LH and FSH levels than the cold knife group ( P < 0.05, Table 4 and Figure 3 ).
Conclusion In this preliminary study, hysteroscopic cold knife dissection combined with PRP showed a trend toward regulating sex hormone levels, mitigating inflammatory responses, and reducing re-adhesion incidence in IUA patients, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic option.
