After the intervention, the exercise endurance 6MWT, anxiety and depression (GAD-7, PHQ-9) and quality of life (MLHFQ) scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved, and the scores in the experimental group at the same day (T0), 1 month (T1), 3 months (T3) and 6 months (T6) after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group ( p < 0.05), and both showed a trend of continuous improvement.
