Low handgrip strength (HR = 1.14, 95% CI: 0.99–1.31) and low physical performance (HR = 1.27, 95% CI: 0.94–1.71) showed positive associations, but these did not reach statistical significance after comprehensive adjustment ( p > 0.05).
