In the longitudinal descriptive analysis, the mean change from baseline in the QLQ-C30 global health status/QoL showed a trend toward improvement for the nivolumab plus gemcitabine–cisplatin arm, whereas that of the gemcitabine–cisplatin alone arm remained stable up to week 24, after which the sample size fell below 10 ( Figure 3 ).
