In the multivariable analysis, lack of BTA exposure was associated with an increased risk of death and progression compared with denosumab, while zoledronic acid was associated with a higher risk of progression or death compared with denosumab, although the difference in OS did not reach statistical significance ( Figures 2C, D ).
