A clear trend can be observed: with the increase of temperature, the concentration of oxygen vacancies gradually increases, from 17.8% in the original TiO 2 to 48.2% in the TK 450 sample, which intuitively demonstrates the promoting effect of pyrolysis temperature on the formation of oxygen vacancies.
