According to the results of the NEURO-BREAC trial, a lower Karnofsky performance score of 70–80, a history of hypertension, and beta blocker treatment were significantly associated with moderate-to-severe CIPN, and a BMI of ≥30.0 kg/m 2 showed a trend.
