Patients in the low total stroma group exhibited a significantly shorter MFS in the univariate analysis (HR = 4.11; 95% CI: 1.62–10.40; p < 0.001) ( Figure 2 D, Supplementary Table S1 ), and this trend persisted in the multivariate model, although it did not reach statistical significance (HR = 4.08; 95% CI: 0.88–18.94; p = 0.073) ( Supplementary Table S2 ).
