However, patients who developed T790M-positive disease after progression on previous EGFR-TKIs and had a high expression (above median) of either CD73, CD39, HLA-E or NKp46 in the pre-osi biopsy specimen, showed a trend towards shorter PFS when treated with osimertinib than the patients with biopsies with low expression (under median) of any of the markers ( Table 2 ).
