Among pretreatment modalities, only medical therapy maintained significant benefit in the multivariable model (adjusted OR = 9.45, 95%CI 5.65-16.25, P<0.001), suggesting that medical intervention was independently associated with higher clinical pregnancy rates after controlling for other factors, whereas surgical therapy alone did not reach statistical significance ( Table 4 ).
