Both PFS and OS tended to be longer in patients with high TMB, although the differences did not reach statistical significance (median PFS: 5.3 vs 1.8 months; HR = 0.51, 95% CI: 0.24-1.08; P = .079; median OS: 55.3 vs 11.1 months; HR = 0.49, 95% CI: 0.22-1.09; P = .079; Figure 2E and F ).
