Additionally, caretakers with a monthly income of 100,000–500,000 ($27–$133 USD)UGX were 47% less likely to be vaccine-hesitant compared to those earning less than 100,000 UGX [< $27 USD] (aOR = 0.53, p = 0.014). Age was also significantly associated with hesitancy (Wald p = 0.003), with caregivers aged 26–35 and 36–45 showing reduced odds compared to the 18–25 reference group (aOR = 0.45, 95% CI 0.13–1.59, p = 0.214; and aOR = 0.37, 95% CI 0.11–1.29, p = 0.119, respectively), though individual categories did not reach statistical significance.
