After excluding 101 patients with ≥ moderate aortic stenosis and ≥ moderate to severe aortic regurgitation, overlap weighting analysis yielded similar HRs for the primary and secondary outcomes between the TEER and medication groups (HR 0.66, 95% CI 0.43–1.03, P = .064 for the primary outcome; HR 0.61, 95% CI 0.35–1.07, P = .088 for the secondary outcome), although these results did not reach statistical significance due to the reduced number of patients.
