The association with anterior vaginal wall prolapse exhibited a distinct non-linear pattern rather than a uniform weak trend: in the fully adjusted model, the moderate BW group (Q3, 3.15–3.415 kg) showed a significantly elevated risk (OR = 1.62, 95% CI: 1.02–2.61), while the highest BW group (Q4, ≥3.415 kg) was only marginally significant (OR = 1.53, 95% CI: 0.95–2.46), and the trend test approached significance ( P for trend = 0.063).
