CPZ had a strong effect on the density of OLs that had proliferated during the stimulation period (EdU + OLIG2 + ) (F(1,28) = 34.79, p < 0.0001; see Figure 2 E), and tACS tended to increase the number of these OLs, with a borderline significant stimulation effect (F(1,28) = 4.124, p = 0.0519) and interaction effect between diet and stimulation (F(1,28) = 3.785, p = 0.0618).
