Simple slope analyses revealed that the protective effect of ΔER was most pronounced at high levels of childhood trauma (slope = −0.38, SE = 0.09, p < 0.001), statistically significant at moderate trauma levels (slope = −0.26, SE = 0.07, p < 0.001), but failed to reach statistical significance at low trauma levels, as depicted in Figure 3 .
