Our Western blot analyses revealed that while the ADSC-treated group had higher Sox9 expression than the untreated control group in the early period, this difference did not reach statistical significance. Moreover, in the later phase, the control group had significantly upregulated Sox9 expression, while its expression in the ADSC-treated group was decreasing.
