Table 3 presents data on a significant trend towards a decrease in the incidence of postoperative pancreatitis in patients in the xenon + DMM group, which can be explained by the combined effect of both anesthetics, namely, a decrease in the severity of ischemia in critically important organs, including the pancreas, and an improvement in microcirculation in the pancreas due to stable hemodynamics and the absence of capillary spasm.
