In the test cohort, a similar trend was observed (5-year RFS 77.8% versus 91.9% for high- versus low-risk grade 2 patients; P = 0.32), although the difference did not reach statistical significance because only 9 grade 2 patients were classified as high-risk (Fig. 2 F).
