Consistent with previous studies [ 58 ], median Lp(a) levels were numerically higher in Black participants (56.70 [49.88–117.10] nmol/L), compared to Hispanic (42.00 [29.70–116.40] nmol/L) or White participants (49.80 [27.12–62.27] nmol/L), although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
