Pain intensity (β = 0.29, p < 0.001 * ) and depressive symptoms (β = 0.18, p < 0.01 * ) were also significant independent correlates of disability, whereas anxiety, age, BMI, sex, and radiculopathy did not reach statistical significance (all p > 0.05).
