Association between dietary scores and inflammation outcomes Our study revealed a marginal inverse association between DDS and NLR in the crude model, indicating that higher DDS tended to be associated with lower NLR values, although this relationship did not reach statistical significance (β = -0.30, 95% CI: -0.61 to 0.009, P = 0.057) (Table 4 ).
