The results (Attachment B1) showed that the explanatory power of the model was limited ( R 2 = −28.75%), and the training method did not reach statistical significance as an independent variable (experimental group coefficient ES = 1.01 ± 0.02, t = 0.52, p = 0.636; Control group coefficient ES = 0.83 ± 0.09, t = −1.16, p = 0.027), indicating that the type of intervention was not the main factor responsible for the difference in effect size among the studies.
