The only exception was knowledge related to pubertal changes in boys, which showed an upward trend, but did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.061) of 3.7 (95% CI:2.9–4.5; paired t-test, p < 0.001).These findings indicate that a single, interactive educational session can produce meaningful improvements in adolescent reproductive health knowledge, particularly in areas previously identified as knowledge gaps.
