In those receiving allo-HSCT in CR, patients aged 55–59 years receiving older HID HSCT had a NRM rate of 33.3%, which was nearly three times that of those receiving younger HID HSCT (13.2%), although this difference did not reach statistical significance due to the relatively small sample size.
