In contrast, PIK3CA mutations (13.4%, 42/313) and co-occurrence of both mutations and amplifications (n = 13) showed a trend toward shorter OS compared with wild type, but without statistical significance (HR, 1.43 [95% CI, 0.94 to 2.17]; P = .17 and HR, 1.94 [95% CI, 0.85 to 4.45]; P = .10, respectively; Fig 3 C).
