Although pairwise comparisons between lesion-connected regions did not reach statistical significance, higher connectivity strength was associated with a steeper slope of cortical decline compared to unconnected regions, and all such comparisons were statistically significant (thickness: 0.053, 0.056, 0.065; volume: 0.042, 0.046, 0.053; all p FDR < 0.05).
