Flare values were significantly elevated compared with baseline at all postoperative time points up to 24 months (Wilcoxon signed-rank test, all p < 0.01).Postoperative IOP was significantly lower than baseline at 1 month ( p = 0.005) and 12 months ( p = 0.027), whereas reductions at other time points did not reach statistical significance.
