With a median follow-up of 20 months, patients with elevated baseline serum EV-IL5RA (≥1.80 fmol/mL) or EV-BCMA (≥1.06 fmol/mL) exhibited a trend toward shorter PFS compared to those without elevation of these corresponding biomarkers, although the differences did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 3 B).
