Although TNF-α and IL-1β did not reach statistical significance in this model—likely reflecting the early reperfusion time point of 60 min rather than a fully developed inflammatory cascade—the selective modulation of IL-6 by AGO is consistent with antioxidant-mediated suppression of redox-sensitive inflammatory signaling pathways, including NF-κB, as reported in previous studies [ 49 , 83 , 84 ].
