Maternal dyslipidemia was associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes in offspring (adjusted HR, 1.677; 95% CI, 1.034 to 2.722), while its association with type 1 diabetes was attenuated and did not reach statistical significance after multivariable adjustment.
