5 Conclusions This prospective clinical case series suggests that the adjunctive use of advanced platelet‐rich fibrin (A‐PRF) in the surgical management of MRONJ is associated with a favorable trend toward mucosal healing; however, in the absence of a control group, definitive conclusions regarding its efficacy cannot be drawn.
