Stratified analysis of HER2 IHC classes showed a trend toward shorter DFS in the HER2 2+/ISH+ group than in the HER2 IHC 3+ group (estimated 5-year DFS, 83.6% vs. 90.6%), although the difference was not significant (p=0.222) ( Fig. 3 ).
