Overall, olezarsen significantly reduced the risk of acute pancreatitis compared with placebo (RR 0.26, 95% CI 0.07–0.91, I 2 = 0%, p = 0.035), while reductions observed with the 50 mg (RR 0.21, 95% CI 0.03–1.28, I 2 = 0%, p = 0.08) and 80 mg doses (RR 0.37, 95% CI 0.05–2.83, I 2 = 13.7%, p = 0.33) did not reach statistical significance, with no significant differences between dose subgroups ( p = 0.67) (Figure S34 ). 3.5.2.3 Abnormal Laboratory Findings There was no statistically significant difference between olezarsen and placebo regarding the incidence of decrease in eGFR ≥ 30% (RR 0.73, 95% CI 0.49–1.07, I 2 = 0%, p = 0.10)
