Our fMRI analyses showed that all three active intervention groups significantly decreased the rsFC between DLPFC_R and the bilateral thalamus compared to Health Education Control group, and the rsFC decrease for the Tai Chi combined with tDCS group trended to be more than the Tai Chi group or the tDCS group, suggesting a possible additive effect, although this did not reach statistical significance.
