Statistical Analysis Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), version 25 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA), to determine whether there was a significant trend (increase or decrease) in CC45-MRSA isolates over time, using linear regression, and to establish a correlation between genotypes and MDR isolates using Pearson chi-square.
