Post hoc analysis indicated that the intervention group showed significant reductions in COP trajectory and area under more challenging balance conditions, whereas changes in the control group did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 4 ). sEMG analysis revealed increased activation of the affected-side gluteus medius in the intervention group ( p < 0.05), suggesting enhanced neuromuscular engagement.
