Fibrinolysis was associated with a higher estimated risk of early major bleeding, although this association did not reach statistical significance in either crude or adjusted analyses (crude HR 1.96; 95% CI 0.7–5.7; adjusted HR 2.6; 95% CI 0.8–8.3) ( Table 3 ).
