However, at the one-month follow-up, the analysis showed a highly significant reduction in stiffness favoring the PEMF group [At 18–21 days: MD = 0.16, 95% CI: −0.73 to 1.05; p = 0.72; at one month: MD = −1.11, 95% CI: −1.36 to −0.85; p < 0.00001] ( Figure 10 and Figure 11 ). 3.3.5.
At both follow-up periods, patients receiving PEMF therapy showed a trend towards better physical function with lower WOMAC scores, but this improvement was not statistically significant [At 18–21 days: MD = −5.09, 95% CI: −12.22 to 1.04; p = 0.10; At one month: MD = −1.78, 95% CI: −13.01 to 9.45; p = 0.76] ( Figure 6 and Figure 7 ). 3.3.3.
