Kruskal–Wallis analysis did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.055), and the observed pattern of lower RVSP values in MPO-ANCA positive patients [median 29 mmHg (IQR 27–32)] compared to PR3-ANCA positive [32 mmHg (IQR 29–37)] and ANCA-negative patients [38 mmHg (IQR 35–43)] should be interpreted with caution given the limited sample size and the absence of statistical significance.
