Although inter-group differences did not reach statistical significance, the trend observed was consistent with the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway: p-GSK-3β levels were elevated in the blank, control, and TFCC group cells, whereas they declined in the TFCC+XAV-939 group.
