Similarly, long sleep duration was associated with higher odds of SI only among individuals with late sleep timing, while short sleep duration showed a borderline significant association with greater SI odds among those with early sleep timing.
Subgroup analyses revealed a significant interaction between sleep timing and sleep duration, whereas the interaction between sleep timing and sleep disturbance did not reach statistical significance (Additional file 4 : Table S4 ).
