In untreated mice, the glaucomatous eye preserved cortical responses but showed a trend of early (day 9) hyperexcitability, through increased P1-N1 peak-to-peak amplitude and a larger negative area under the curve (AUC) which remained unaffected by WAY treatment (Fig. 7l, m, n ).
